FASTmto professionals will customize the format of the reports to meet your specific needs. Files can be imported easily into FabSuite, Fabtrol, Excel and many others. We can also submit in PDF.
ABOUT
Founder and creator of www.FAST2mto.com, Rich Black, has been in the steel fabrication business since 1971 and understands the burdens of preparing accurate takeoffs in a timely fashion.
In recent years Rich began working from home assisting a few clients in their bid preparation process. By doing the material takeoffs and sending them a completed report (which is then used to complete the bid) it enables them to produce more bids while focusing on the more important facets of their businesses.
As more and more fabricators heard about what he was doing for other customers, they too wanted to have the same advantage. Soon Rich found he would need additional help to keep up with demand.
It was at this point the idea for FAST2mto came into existence. He quickly formulated the business model and has now introduced it to the world via the internet.
HOW IT WORKS
Fabricators first register with FAST2mto and complete a short questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to optimize the takeoff and subsequent reports to best fulfill the needs of the specific fabricator.
Once registered, fabricators can then email project documents to www.FAST2mto.com
The plans and specifications will be reviewed for completeness and any necessary RFI's will be submitted. Meanwhile, the project will be assigned to a FAST2mto team member to begin the takeoff. Assignment is based upon the most experienced team member for the specific project type and/or availability to meet required deadlines.
Once the takeoff is completed it will be formatted and reviewed prior to submission. Reports and invoicing will be issued immediately upon completion.
